Seaside Hearth Kitchen brings a bold spin to coastal comfort food. Located just a short walk from Brighton Pier, the restaurant blends rustic décor with an open kitchen full of energy. I tried the crab and chilli linguine, and it was phenomenal—light, fresh, and with just the right amount of heat.

The staff happily suggested drink pairings, and their homemade lemonade was refreshingly sharp. Desserts shine here too; the honeycomb cheesecake tasted like summer on a plate. It can get busy, so booking ahead is wise, but it’s worth the planning.
